How It Works

At Nelson Direct Primary Care, you pay a monthly or annual membership fee that covers all of your visits and direct communication with Dr. Nelson. You have the ability to schedule appointments right away, in person or virtually, and talk to Dr. Nelson immediately and directly if you have a problem. A health savings account will cover the membership fee, but health insurance will not. Your insurance can be used for any other health care costs incurred other than the membership such as labs, imaging tests, referrals or hospitalizations.
